Axis at Ansel is a $35M market-driven, multi-family project developed in Cleveland, Ohio, by Signet, LLC.—primarily targeting the doctorate student, and administrative and healthcare professional audiences from the adjacent Case Western Reserve University and renowned Cleveland Clinic. Signet approached our team with a unique opportunity to support its internal marketing team’s vision for the brand identity—as the name and logo for the project were already underway. Our team helped Signet elevate the Axis at Ansel brand by taking the visual identity and positioning to the next level.
We not only helped round out the logo format variations for the brand and developed a strong positioning for the community, but we also created pre-leasing materials (brochures, sales center graphics, leasing website, digital ads, etc.) and identified subsequent opportunities for increased market awareness in support of the pre-leasing initiatives for the project.
