infinitee’s social media team was challenged with launching a social campaign for River Oaks Shopping Center - an established shopping destination in an affluent suburb of Houston, TX. The objectives were threefold: gain new and targeted followers, drive on-site traffic and increase brand awareness. Creating three seasonal campaigns and using the lifestyle publication, Houstonia, as a distribution channel, we were able to gain nearly 1,600 new followers, a 160% increase, in 2016. In addition, we achieved 5.25 million impressions across the campaigns and over 5,500 engagements, with an average monthly increase of 25%. We had 100 Google+ Reviews including 62 5-star reviews.
