A Note from Our CEO: 3 Things that Make infinitee Successful (in the words of our clients)

In a recent meeting with our team, it was recommended that I write a blog about why infinitee has been a long-standing, successful strategic marketing and branding agency for over 25 years. I chuckled about that since I think what they were saying was, “You’ve been around a long time and surely you have some good advice you can pass along.”

Needless to say, when I sat down to write this blog, it really got me thinking – “What have we done right and what do we have that other agencies do not?” In no particular order (and in the words of our clients), here are three things that I believe make infinitee successful.

1. “When our hair is on fire, your hair is on fire.”

One of my most respected and valued client partners told me that at lunch recently and it was by far one of the best compliments I have ever gotten. What she meant is that infinitee’s team is dedicated to our clients and truly feels their pain when challenges occur. We demonstrate that care every day by reacting with the same sense of urgency that our client has. We respond promptly and always go the extra mile. That may sound trite, but it’s true.  She suggested we “bottle” this exceptional service, so we are in the process of doing just that. Thank you for the idea!

2. “infinitee is the best butt-kicking agency in Atlanta.”

I didn’t make this one up. Nobody could. Shortly after working with one of my favorite clients (you know who you are), he told us that in a meeting, so we asked him if we could use it as a testimonial. He further explained that what he meant was we deliver amazing creative that is strategic through and through. Our ability to get his products and services on the shelves of premier retailers like Home Depot and Lowes, resulted in exceptional ROI for his company, and himself. The bottom line is the bottom line I guess you can say. And that’s what we practice everyday for our clients.

3. “You guys exceed my expectations daily and that makes me look good.”

So, what does every client ask – “What’s in it for me? And, why should I hire you?” The answer: because we do what we say we are going to do and in the end, we make our clients look good and maybe even make their jobs a little easier. We even have some fun along the way and make new and long-lasting friendships. Some of our clients have been our friends for over 20 years. Now that’s something to be proud of!

In short, my advice to all is –

Work hard and do the right thing every day to deliver the best results to your clients, while encouraging your team to excel. It’s the combined strength of talented individuals that make a truly successful company.
